Hi Melchizedek, I am in Australia, but I not sure that our standard diet is much better than yours. However I don't eat the standard diet, my meat and veggies are all organic quality, I don's eat fast food nor do i eat processed foods. My environment is free from chemicals. My body has enough nasties to deal with without adding to the load. Activated charcoal is a good idea, tks! When I first got sick and was given tons of antibiotics I didn't take pro-biotics. Didn't know about them then - never been sick b4 in my life. Perhaps if I had taken pro-biotics back then none of this would have happened. Still I need to try and keep a positive spin on this, once I get myslef fixed I will know a lot more about my self and how to keep healthy. I might even have a longer life though this :) Got to be some good that comes out of it....right?
