Hi, I put her contact info in an earlier post, but not sure if she is accused or comfortable talking about it (I made a big goof if she told em in confidence)

But she requested taht I do the veggie fast, so I'll tell you what she told me...

First, the reason she did this for a year, is because her cancer was serious enough to warrant it. She knew, as we all do, that the bodies vital energy (or life force) is what we need to heal. THe body wants to heal. She did not want to waste that vital energy on digesting.

SHe used ALOT of tomato for its anit-cancer property. She said to use all veggies that I can tolerate. She said the only one she had a hard time with was onion, but knew she needed to do it. So she tried to cover it up with as much tomato juice as possible.

Obviously no canned juices. Fresh only. But there is no wrong in this diet as long as it is fresh, organic, and veggie. The staple should be tomato.
