Thank you all so much for your input! I forgot to mention that the book I was talking about was Dr. B's Iodine book. I'd like to ask the pp about the iosol. How did you find out about it and realize you should try it? I've never heard of it.

To Parrotgreen, your message isn't weird at all. It's the methodology that I have about health. I always thought that adding hormones, no matter how natural be it thyroid, progesterone, testosterone, etc. wasn't getting to the root cause of why you don't make enough naturally.
