Don't quote me but I thought those herbs and spices were supposed to be organic. I did alot of research last year regarding cinnamon (because of the blood sugar stabilization aspect)and most herbs and spices you get at the market have been gamma irradiated as a means of disinfectant.

Wouldn't wanna see you waste your time and money.

Maybe someone knows more about this.

Also why the flush before your HW? Doesn't RG and Hula Clarke say to wait until after a cleanse, I am confused.
