no, but it is sufficient for treating Iodine deficiency and halogen imbalance, and those things are essential to treat thyroid problems, though they may not be sufficient for a cure. that requires a clean liver, a free flowing bowel, full oxygenation, complete hydration, mercury chelation, good nutrient absorption, a balanced gut flora and adequate digestive enzymes, among other things. doing a parasite cleanse helps, too.
