I doubt if it killed the mycoplasmas. I've read that the mycoplasma's are multiplying only n a very longtime cyclus (like borrelia I think). When they are multiplying they are vulnerable.
You need (If I rememberd right) a couple of months to a year Antibiotics , because they are multiplying on a very longtime cyclus.
This is totally different for the amoebas because here you can get rid of them in let's say 10 days. Then they had as much multiplications as the mycoplasma's in many months.
