For a couple of reasons.

The iosol helps me reach a higher amount of Iodine in my body in terms of numbers (mgs) which as you know the research suggests certain amount Iodine are required to dislodge some of the deeper toxins. Also b/c potassium Iodide makes me feel like death I took this route to see if I could reap some benefits taking 100 mg of just Iodine (better than nothing) and simply for experimental purposes.

Another reason is that I feel they even though both iosol and magnascent are iodine they both work in different ways.

For example I feel the iosol concentrates in my skin and is calming. When I stop and just take magnascent my skin looses it's glow (sorry sounds a bit vein). The magnascent I really notice in my lungs and particularly the region of the head and I find it stimulating.

My goal is to eventually just take magnascent 2% and hopefully potassium Iodide (if I can tolerate) because to me from everything I've read this seems to be a dynamite combo which covers all bases.

I'm just experimenting and learning :)
