Well that is awesome- glad it is having such a positive change on how you feel!
I did it for a week and felt some shifts in my body and mind- i experienced some of the same things you have- but then went back to square one and so stopped doing it. i will pick it back up again. it is just so hard to believe it will feel better when you go through the 'crisis' period.

Did you find candida in your urine after you tried this therapy? little particles?
