But whenever I have any type of adrenaline pump, I get very anxious and uncomfortable and irritable hours afterwards. So.. my question is, does anyone know of the best adaptogens to use to help the adrenals fully recover in a short period of time? Things are so much better than they use to be so its hard to complain, but I want this to be a thing of the past and over with. I need the most powerful adaptogens available! Thanks everyone. =)
