Just want to add that although it may seem that I am too much into taking medication, the only reason why I believe in maximum dosage is to make sure there is no resistance developed and to make sure they are all killed even in those places where blood flow is known to be very low. Taking a maximum dosage will increase the concetration of those medications in tissues which amoebas love but which have low blood flow, like joints, or gums, and so on.
