Hi there,

No I don't live in California. I'm sorry that I couldn't be more helpful. I would continue to write MH, tell him how short of money you are, I know he's found ways of being helpful to people in the past if money is the problem.

If you possibly can afford to do so, try to find an alternative medical person to help you with this. At least, keep posting, and maybe someone can be more helpful to you.
