Hi, I read about a guy who water fasted until healed from diverticulitis because he didn't want to poop in a bag either. It took him about 35 days without eating but was healthier than ever at the end and bowels completely healed. fasting gives the bowels the rest it needs to heal itself. Look into it and do the research, amazing stuff!
