Foamy urine usually denote the presence of yeast.
A burning sensation to me sounds definitely like a lack of antioxydants. Vitamic C is the Best antio for the kidneys, and cranberry being a great source of vitamin C is a good option - though I myself would rather take the suppl. as opposed to the juice. I react to the fructose badly and I would get MORE foamy urine as it would feed candida.
Another issue, with the kidneys is stones.
Especially so for the like of us who try to compensate their clacium deficiency. Calcium that has not been properly assimilate will result in kidney stones.
The very best way to get rid of them - naturally - is vinegar. It is well known that an egg, soaked in vinegar will get a soft shell due to the calcium getting dissolved by the vinegar.
Again, passing a stone would most likely induce pain, but lets say it is very imflammed around the area of the toxic stone, then perhaps it would cause a burning sensation.
What I use then (to counter the lower back pain, but hey! I supplement daily in vit C and never had a bladder infection) is Apple Cider vinegar. You could dissolve it into water and drink, but do better than that and use the salad dressing: 1/4 ACV 3/4 olive oil, estragon and garlic or whatever other herbs you like. Delicious on veggies or rice pasta.
