I've talked to MH about cleanses and nursing and he said I must wait until my baby is done nursing to do any kind of cleanse. She is 8 months, I breastfed my son until he was 2, he's 3 now. I was hoping to wean my daughter by 1.5 but I don't know how well that is going to work.

Can you suggest how much oregano oil to take daily?
