on the Rosemary, just start really slow, and if it's not strong enough take a little more. I use this one, but it gives me heartburn, partly because I also take garlic oil.

I would write MH, the barefoot herbalist, he's a very decent kind man, and he has kids, and I'm pretty sure he's familiar with the issues around nursing. I also think the longer you nurse the baby the better.

A lot of herbal medicine is by guess and by golly, because different plants are going to have differing amounts of active ingredients, due to how well they are doing. If it works for you, you can also order from Frontier Herbs, they supply good quality organic herbs in bulk.

So start slowly, and see how it goes.
