I started with fresh lime juice then when i moved to 10% citric acid solution I noticed a slightly deeper yellow. I dropped back 2 drops at first , just to see, but caught up on my course in a 2 days. So cutting the dose in half will be out of question.But the difference was bigger when I switched from water to juice dilution. I couldn't handle the taste with water anymore then. I noticed I could raise the number of drops by 3 drops almost immediately when i was on juice. Then i tried water again and it was too much with the same number of drops i was using in juice. Backed up to juice and am on it since.
Apple juice is what i use. With no vit c added of course.
So I would suggest to use 12 drops max. with water (100 ml) as compared to 15 drops with 100 ml juice. Although i use 150ml of juice, two thirds of a glass.
And another thing, if its too diluted, it seems to be not so effective, so that's why i stay on 2/3rds of a glass. But will drink lots of water after an hour of taking mms.
