Sorry you are struggling iwth the anxiety. My hormones have almost pushed me over the edge. Taht is whay my dr did when I had very bad perio menopause. But what I believe should have been done was a salavia test for my adrenals.

Have you had that? If not, it's the way to check how they are. I had blood done all the time and it never showed anything that any MD was willing to address.

MD's usually don't run the salavia test, you may get lucky. I have one MD that does, but he is the first and I'm many years into this.
