I noticed changes in Body Odor also!

The reason Body Odor / smelly sweat occurs is because toxins get released through the sweat, and then bacteria start to do their thing, trying to eat away and eliminate whatever toxins may be present. The gases and stuff that the bacteria release cause the "putrid" smell, I think. I'm not sure on all the details of this but I think that's the basic idea... So diet and toxicity of the body plays a huge role in Body Odor and cleanliness of the sweat.

I never was a "really stinky" kind of person, but if I went for a few days without bathing, I would start getting that stinky, kind of "putrid", "old sweat" smell under my arms ... probably other areas too but that was the most noticeable. Even shortly after showering, if I did some kind of physical exertion (like carrying groceries from the store, or whatever), that "stinky" sweat smell would start to develop.

Lately, like over the past couple months, since I've started UT, I've noticed pretty major changes in that regard. Even if I sweat and go a few days without bathing, the "residual" smell doesn't smell like it used to ... it smells a lot more "clean"... which might sound weird for sweat, but I don't know any other way to describe it. There is still smell to it, but it's fairly faint, and it's more of a clean, "manly" underarm smell that doesn't seem to get any worse or "stinky" over time.

I'm positive this is because INTERNALLY my body is a lot cleaner now than it was, but I don't know if it's entirely due to UT or not. Around when I started UT I was also in the process of modifying diet a little, incorporating more fruits, more water (I've probably been chronically dehydrated for many years now), and some other things like bee pollen granules and flax seed. I've also been getting more physical exercise, and started rebounding a little while ago. I suspect the improved body odor is a result of all these things COMBINED (including UT), making my blood, sweat, and body in general much more "pure and clean" than before.

Anyway... I just think it's pretty cool... I've known for a long time that there is a lot of truth in the phrase "You are what you eat", but seeing these kinds of changes (as well as others) just confirms and "hammers it in" even more! :)
