I've done a cleanse while working a full time job, after having done my first ones while not working.
You probably stalled on flushing the first time because of all the buildup since you'd never cleansed before. Now, you are at a better starting point, so it's easier to flush. Also, since you were not working, your body was less active, and the more active you are, the quicker the salt water will go through you. Lots of people like to chug the SW, and then go for a 10 minute walk (or less). It helps flush out more so that you're not doing it in spurts for the next few hours.
Personally, I like to take my dog out right after I drink the SW, just a block down and back and let her do her business, so that I can go back in and do mine once she's done.
If you are getting in as much water and lemonade as you should be, you will probably go more than just with the SWF...not to mention you will probably go pee a lot too.
Unless you take your lemonade in a clear container, coworkers probably won't be terribly concerned about what you're drinking and just assume it's water or coffee. If not, just tell them it's lemonade...that's what it is, afterall. Just say the cayenne is in there for an extra kick and to help keep your energy and metabolism up. You know a lot of people put cayenne in all sorts of drinks, including coffee drinks.
What the heck is that you're drinking?
Lemonade
What's that in it?
Cayenne pepper
Ew, why? Is that good? Why are you drinking it?
Yes, because it's delicious and keeps me on my toes. Would you like to try some?
No need for the conversation to go any further than that.
You don't have to tell anybody that you're not eating. If you do explain yourself, do it with confidence. You don't care what they think about it; this is for you. It will be even more motivation to complete, or go longer, if they doubt you. You will be thinner, more vibrant and lighter on your feet than them...and they will notice.
Are there any other concerns, like maybe everyone always orders out for lunch and eats in the office? Maybe you all take turns getting the orders?
I think you should go for it, unless there's anything else holding you back.
