well i little bit. i have been taking things i know will help it. B complex , C vitamin and zing. but i have done that before without huge improvements. the ginseng really really changed my health. the feeling in the body and the healthy look it now has, is something i have been lacking for years. 64643 said something about ginseng and i think he was right. it got my body in balance. thats the best way to discribe it.
