OMG can I pleeeease join you? I have the EXACT same amount of weight to lose! I'm 5''7 and weigh 147 lbs at the moment. I have been intending to fast on the 1st September as well. Well technically where I live (UK) it is the 1st (00:20). I was tempted to have some buttery toast just now as my last bit of food (not good preperation I know), but I stayed strong and said NO! Are you Water Fasting or juice fasting? I plan to water fast. I really need to lose this weight for my confidence. I put off social events because I am ashamed of my size. Well enough is enough! Gud luck evry1!
