whether to go slow or fast,I would let it depend
on having to face people or if you could "hide"
for a few days :)

for headache;you could rub some Lavender essential oil
on your forehead,neat,Lavender is one of the few
essential oils you can do that with!

I've seen a post where somebodies Acne disappeared
quickly by dabbing with a cloth soaked in urine
he/she left it on overnight,the urine,not the cloth :)
If a see that post again,I will post it.
