yea internally is definitely the way to go, gotta get that root cause ><

I think the best way to judge if EC is cured is probably just by examining the vermilion border, making sure there is no more upside down V on the top lip and making sure all the skin meshes with the mucosa lining flawlessly. Then of course waiting about a week to make sure your lips haven't changed at all over time.

Wendel, I was wondering if the ginseng was the only thing that can be attributed to yer progress, have you made any diet changes, tried any other supplements, or done any other health stuff around the same time you started to ginseng?
