Hard to keep repeating, but IP6 is a natural substance which contains Ca and Mg in exactly the right ratio and form in which the body needs to absorb it.

There are other essential metals which bind F more securely than Ca, Zn being just one, but don't OD on Zn. De-fluorifying is a 7-10 year process which requires meticulous attention to detail and discipline.
