Once again i find myself in a relatively focused mindset my last 10 day fast was fabolous to say the least it was mind clearing left me feeling like i could conquer anything thrown at me and looking back now i think i probably ended fast not so much out of boredom but just because i could and to see how id cope. now i know life goes on after breaking a fast im starting again... so sept 1st is day 1 i will post most days sorry if it bores you lot but its definetely easier writing or typing it down knowing most of you actually have fasted before effectively,thanks for reading and take care all x karen.
