hi inspiraller,
My main problem is high triglycerides. I have tried flush niacin, potassium, as well as numerous other herbs and minerals for over a year and then 1500 mg of flush free niacin for several months to no avail.
Zocor has gotten my total chorlestoral down as low as 156 but the tri's still
remain high. the good HDL will not go above 28. I am now trying 5000 iu of
vit. D which is reported to lower tri's and raise HDL. I will report back to this board my results in a couple of months on it.
