Here is what works for me, first wash hands then spray or pour 3% H202(food grade is best), this sounds painful, it is. When you can no longer stand pain, wash hands again. While your hands are still soapy, spray with H202 again. Wash and then rinse. Then soak hands with castor oil, wrap a castor oil soak clothe over nail and bandage.
