Ok, i did The Master Cleanse for about 5 days, but i stayed on the Sea Salt by hains. I use it every monring, and i pretty much just eat fruits and veggies morning afternoon and night. When i drink the Sea Salt , it runs right through me.Sometimes i cant even finish my quart before i have to go to the bathroom. Does this mean im clean, or is it not cleaning off the walls of the track and colon? I have had a poor diet all my life, backed up with plenty of fast food only. I have not had any major major movements come out, but this stuff runs right through me. What does this mean? How can i clean the walls if im not and get all the real thick nasty stuff out i see in photos online? I have gone like 6 times after finshing the salt water.
