Milk Thistle is a great herb indeed. Back before I was aware of natural healing, my father had hepatitis. He was on some pills at first, then eventually he was taking injections (around a $1000 a week) as the doctors prescribed, which were ultimately ineffective. There was an older woman from a local church who told him to try milk thistle, so he bought some from the store and was taking it daily. After a few months of this (6 or so, from what I recall) the hepatitis was completely cleared.

I need to start taking it myself.
