I am a 60 year old woman that has had CFS/Fibromyalgia caused probably by orgarnophosphate poisoning [pesticide] and many virus infections, for over 20 years. I have now done 20 Liver Flushes which have 'lightened' symptoms and would now like to try UT to get realy well. Lots of chemicals seem to have been expelled from my liver by the flushes and thousands of 'stones'.
I know about having a decent diet. I'm not on any drugs, and I would like to know how much urine to drink, and when. What is a suitable starter dose please, and how should it be increased? I weigh about 11 1/2 stone.Thank you. Love and Light Deotima.
