There's definately a mental link to this. Stress or whatever causing some kind of reaction in the body. And yeah, leaving the skin build-up doesn't achieve anything.

I think we'll get there though. Unfortunately there's been so many false "I'm cured posts" (Not having a go at anyone for these as they genuinely believed they were cured at the time) that I'm starting to get like a sceptical old man. Hopefully these Becosules will help. I think my EC may be due to something in my digestive syestem not absorbing stuff right though.

My mates still don't believe I have a problem though. They think I'm mental. And there's probably some truth in that ;-)
