i know from the beginning this has been mental for me. it dont have anything to do with vitamins for me. ive come to the belief that it is just crap, and leaving it on any longer than 3-4 days is pointless. i also realize i have a spit problem. i lick them way more than other people, or completly not at all. both seem wrong. i need to fix this problem. im gonna follow my heart. i will try aloe leaf again or castor oil. both work well.
