It may take a while to get all of that into practice, but i'm gonna do it.

I do have some yoga dvds, some with inversions- I'll try to begin doing them again. Lately, I've barely had the energy to get through a measly 6 1/2 hour workday- so exercise has been on the back burner, but I'll try. I have a 9 year old son who's gonna want me to babysit his future kids one of these days :)

I will try to start the urine therapy soon. SO is very opposed to me trying it. He says it will kill me.- I say I'm already dying, so it can't hurt.
