remember,...solar dried Seasalt ....no additives.....

i supplement with a good chelated multi-vitamin and mineral....and with a good kelp tablet product....

here's what Lara, the most innovative practioner i've read suggests in back of his book....he has index for some diseases.....

diabetes....1 drop under tongue/4 hrs.

several drops of diluted /2hrs for duration of ailment....read under universal remedy...

minimum 7 oz drunk/3 daily...

fast 7 dys. on plasma (urine) and water...

rub fresh or stale/8-12hrs. plasma on whole body....leave on for 15 min.....rinse...no soap..

make mud pack with urine,..heat and place in towel over pancreas and liver.....

rectal implants...6oz enema bulb syringe...hold as long as possible.....daily....the best for vitalizing the lymph system to detox...2dly if possible.....

all this you aim for....don't worry that it takes time.......do what you can and be positive..

organic fruits and vegs.....don't worry about medicines ...you can just gradually cut them....
