If you buy Sea Salt and it is dry to the touch then it has been dehydrated in a 1,200 degree F drying oven. So all the elements besides Sodium Chloride have been removed from the salt and it is little different from table salt in structure and will then leave you dry as before.

You can get Unrefined Sea Salt at Korean Grocery Stores as it is a key ingredient in the dish Kim Chee. You can also get Unrefined Sea Salt for real cheap on Ebay.
