Hi no I haven't tried the liver/gallbladder cleanse. I know that when I take milk thistle to start helping my liver I get real fatigued and lose my appetite. I am sure it is a big indication that I need it more than ever. Its jsut so hard to even function like that. Is the cleanse harsh, is there a way to go slow? I will do some reasearch, thanks.
