Guys typically are the visual side of a relationship. Don't get me wrong, you women want a good-looking guy if you can get it, but personality and ambition and money-making ability represent so much more to you. Guys want a sweet, hot woman to bed. When you gained the weight, and trust me, it's more than you're alluding to in your post, you transformed yourself into someone else. In his eyes, you aren't the same woman. Don't try to change how guys think, why don't you become the woman you once were? I see this problem over and over and over. Women get fat, their guys don't get off on them anymore, and they blame the guy. I know this from first hand experience early on in college. I had this honey of a gal that I was laying every other night in her sorority bed. I could blow any time I looked at her. Then, slowly but surely, my hot honey gained pounds over the months until a year later...same sweet face, but with an added 35 lbs on that frame! I had a hard time cumming after that. Now, would you blame me for my inability to complete because she physically transformed into another type woman? No, of course not. Your guy was hooked to how you once looked, and now you don't look that way. You can take the Oprah-approach of today and say, "Love me the way I am because I'm beautiful...or hit the bricks, Buster"! or look in the mirror of life and realize that you let yourself go and it's your responsibility to get her back.
