I drink the morning urine (approx 5 - 6 oclock - 7 ounces) and a 7 ounce glass at night. As for the mole I washed my face with urine for approx 1 1/2 year before I realized that it was starting to peel a bit. I did not thought it would go away at the time but started to peel it off on one side until it bled. I realized then that it was going away on that side (the urine was penetrating the mole). Meanwhile I saw in this forum that you have to poke the mole with a needle and I knew what I had to do to get rid of the rest. I poked it with a needle and applied a cotton ball full of urine and left it there for approx. 3 to 4 hours (plastic and tape for flesh). After I removed the cotton ball and it dried I could just peel off the rest and it cured in 3 days. Only a little brownish spot left (very light) but I hope it will disappear with old urine because of the ammoniac that is an excellent spot remover. So there is no more mole and the skin is soft. I imagine the old urine will also get my complexion more even in color???
