thanks for the testimonial! As to the mole and skin improvement, did you apply it topically, or just take it internally? I've noticed I'm also less pale and my skin has a little pink in it again, which I haven't seen for years. I'm sleeping better, as well, most nights. Do you drink the morning urine, or throughout the day?
