Dr. Sutter:

For a couple of years now, I've been having cravings for salt and the juice of citrus fruits, particularly lemons. I've been to trying to be careful about my sodium intake, making sure that I only use sea salt when using any salt at all. I tend to drink a big glass of water with a pinch of salt and 1 whole lemon, juiced. Are these cravings indicative of anything in particular. I don't think I'm pregnant (LOL) so I'd sure like to know what this is all about. Thanks!
