The ONLY way one will have success with Praziquantal:

600 mg tabs - 6 x per day, with food. That (obviously) equals 3,600 mg/day.

One can try the "rounds" method - the above dosage one day, wait three weeks, repeat.

OR:

More effective, but hard core:

600 mg @ 6 x per day - for fourteen days on end.

Praziquantal increases the efficacy of Albenza, Ivermectin, and v/v. Must be administered w food or completely ineffective (exception is Ivermectin). Taking either w grapefruit juice increaces potency 6 fold. Grapefruit juice retains these drugs in the liver longer, hence the effect. Good idea to take measures toward Liver Cleansing also. Milk thistle after, or if you like - liver flushing, et al.

Sporanox is incredibly effective toward funguses and yeasts. The Cadillac of antifungals is Amphotericin B, hands down. If with sinus issues, a nasal spray is available. Otherwise gotta' bring out the big guns and find someone willing to prescribe an IV.
