Interesting Anja. A while back I wrote someone and said I have done so many different things in my life and nothing really cured me from anything completely.
Everything has helped somewhat, but sometimes what seems so much of a healthier lifestyle I still get new problems.
So for now I stick with the UT, I know you have to give yourself a long time, it is not instantly like an aspirin for a headache.
