I wasn't sure where to ask this so I thought I'd ask here
I went through a serious illness and became severely anaemic in fact I was extremely anaemic for over a year and had to have periodic transfusions also I was given IV corticosteroids and used prednisolone for a short time.
Before the illness my skin was very good but after this year of illness the skin around my eyes seems to have lost all elasticity and the back of my hands also a lot. This has not improved despite a few years of no longer being anaemic.
In any case I am in my forties and this aging effect is rather disturbing although I don't look older in any other way
I'm wondering if this will reverse itself at my age with good diet and nutritional supplements
