Since I've been building myself and my immune system up with diet and nutrients my skin and gums are much healthier than they were. The Fennel toothpaste seems to be helping too; my teeth even look whiter and I'm a smoker.

I can't eat most meat, it's too tough but I could handle it now better than I could a while ago. A piece of beef could make me cry! lol The gums really used to smart like heck.
