i dont think your suppose to take probitics if u have bacteria overgrowths in intestnes and parastites mybe thats why they didnt giv me gas just really irratted my intestines same with raw food im getting my silver filling out in september its weird because ive had colinics and enemas and never ever seen candida in my stools or in colinics i to suffer from gas like you after eating wanted to try raw sacrkraut but bit weiry of that giving me bad gas and irrating me more like steh i have bad stomach probs im on concuction from homepath for these at the mo
