my brain fog is gone to and i can think better lately but like you my stomach probs are the worst do u find you get irriation under and around your ribs lower intestines??i think it would be worth u getting bactria tests done and check for h pylori i have sumthing similar to that and that can cause stomach problems my stomach is so senstive i cant even take probtics as it irrates thing smore they dont give me gas though just make my tummmy very irraited and uncomfatble i find im ok with everything but probitics
