yay! good for you! i'm so glad you are feeling better.

i would really advise against the poultices though - it is better to let your body do what it needs to and not try to intervene. our bodies have its own natural order of healing which sometimes doesn't match our heads! ;) your body will heal what it needs to - i don't know much about kidney cysts but i'm sure your body is working on alleviating the cause, not the symptom. the human body is an amazing self-healing organism - an entire ecosystem - that is always striving to achieve balance and wellbeing. disease is not its natural state. (i know you know this!)

on my last fast, i went through about 2 weeks of feeling absolutely gruesomely dreadful and i didn't lose any weight at all (although i was fasting for healing, not weight loss) and i was so low in energy and feeling depressed - chrisb1 and fonty both reassured me that my body was in autolysis and healing as it needed to. of course, they were completely right ;)
