I do not feel hopeless but I have come to realize that I cannot do it on my own. I mean everyone has good ideals and yes pharms are very bad no matter how you cut it but for this very extremely serious mental disease the alternatives are life threatening. I am sure that everyone agrees that the advice you give could cause a mental person to go to the extreme and I just wanted you to know a second opinion. I have downloaded all the talk and will research but I have tried to come off my tranquilizer andI will say it is extremely mild 12 mg a day but I go into major relapse as I did yesterday. I went four days without any and was doing the vitamin route as you suggested and last night I was just hysterical and crying and having a fit. You just don't understand we can't help ourself and to give professional advice when a person could be suicidal, just be careful till you walk in our shoes.
