Long time no see :)

TCM = Tradition chinese medicine im still going to the appointment but to be safe than sorry im more then likely going to stay away from the medicine.

As for chelating its coming along fine. Ive done 3 months of DMSA every 4 hours including at night for 3-4 days on and 3-4 days off. And for the last month and the rest of my chelation perid im taking ALA every 2.5 hours for 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

Hows your chelating coming along ?
