I am so sorry that you feel so frustrated and hopeless.

We can all just share information we have come across hoping that it sparks a glimmer of hope for someone and it leads them to find something that may make a difference in their search for answers.

We are all so very different that it is fair to say that any clues that resonate with our bodies are worth looking into, for there may be more than one way to seek to improve a particular condition.

North Star appears to be looking for possibilities and seems to have already made amazing progress with his efforts thus far. Hopefully – the next steps will bring as much improvement, and hopefully too - somewhere in these posts there is a golden piece of information that will prove to bring some more positive changes.

After all, without hope – without trying, things will most definitely stay the same, or deteriorate.

The best part if that as North Star posts success and failures of the different choices made it may just help or inspire another person that may not have believed in options before.
